The job involves:
Performing a variety of skilled tasks to assist guests with their registration and departure
Handling various payment methods for services
Reacting to business fluctuations while maintaining a commitment to world class guest service
Handling high volumes of guest interactions for long periods of time
Maintaining a positive attitude while multitasking in a fast-paced work environment
Making decisions pertaining to the betterment of the guest’s stay
Standing for extended periods of time
Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another
Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:
Hotel Restaurant Management Diploma coupled with one year of hotel front desk experience at a 4 Diamond luxury hotel
Working knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems
Smart Serve Certificate
Knowledge of Niagara Falls and surrounding areas
Sense of urgency, accountability, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Attention to detail and high service standards
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to speak multiple languages
