Responsibilities and Duties

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be a key member of the RE/MAX Elite Administration Support Team by providing a wide range of conveyancing and administrative support. As the right candidate, you will have excellent attention to detail, time management, interpersonal skills and enjoy a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities essential to this position include:

  • Oversee all Listing, Double Ender and buyer real estate trades
  • Audit and review all deal contracts and paperwork for your assigned Agents
  • New trades, amendments, addendums, waivers
  • Prepare reporting letters to EREB on firm sales
  • Deposits in trust and general accounts
  • Data and file entry into data base system
  • Conveyancing to lawyers and outside brokerages
  • Handles inquiries from agents related to files
  • Communicate with all parties required to complete files
  • Covering for front reception when required
  • Additional duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three years’ conveyancing experience in a similar role
  • Real Estate Experience Required
  • Administrative Support and Data Entry experience required
  • Previous Lonewolf experience is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft software including outlook, word, excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational, technical, time management skills, flexibility and attention to detail are required
  • Positive attitude and excellent ability to work independently with little supervision
