CGI is seeking an experienced Program Manager for the Health Sector to lead the delivery and growth of our IT management practice. Leading an internal team and supporting other teams working on the account, the Program Manager will have the expertise and leadership needed to provide exceptional services to our clients. The successful candidate will have experience delivering IT projects and have a strong, verifiable record of accomplishment delivering large, complex programs. While the primary focus will be delivery excellence for our client, this role is also part of the account team and will contribute to account growth.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Overall Accountability of Service Delivery to our Clients:
Ensure client engagement success

Manage client satisfaction in partnership with the account management team

Apply delivery and customer management best practices

Evolve and enhance various delivery tools, methodologies and processes such as engagement management, project management, and application management

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, vision, and management for a multi-million technology program

Develop client proposals; evolve solution offerings and revenue growth opportunities in partnership with business development professionals

Assess and respond to the needs of the program with client executives, directors, managers, and staff

Chair departmental meetings to review strategic goals and initiatives

Promote team building and work to provide growth paths for staff and support for current, on-going initiatives

Provide guidance to multiple project managers on core competencies such as project delivery, financial management, risk management, technical awareness, and estimating and planning for e-commerce, fulfillment operations and call centre operations

Manage relationships across partners and customers

Establish and maintain executive relationships

Management:
Apply management best practices such as succession planning, member performance reviews, and financial management

Contribute to business and budget planning

Manage engagement profitability and expenses

Evolve and enhance various management processes such as HR management and profitability management
