Job Summary:
Our Reservation Centre is seeking Customer Service Representatives. We are looking for customer service-driven, enthusiastic, achiever, curious, team player and focus on personality development individuals to join our dynamic, diverse culture and goal-driven company. The Customer Service Representative will be the ambassador of the company by providing exceptional client experience and helping them decide what is best suited to their storage needs. Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming inquiries for past and current Storage Vault Canada clients.
· Identify the needs of the clients by thorough listening and probing to provide the best possible solution to their query.
· Meet and exceed the different service oriented Key Performance Indicator.
· Promotes the value of our company for repeat business.
· Comply with the company policies as outlined in the HR policy.
· Comply with customer service procedure that is aligned to the quality specifics.
Who are we looking for:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer service.
·Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call center.
· Secondary education is required.
· Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook), strong keyboarding skills are a must.
· Ability to multi-task, and adapt to a fast phase environment.
· Fluently bilingual French/English is essential.
