The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building digital strategies, and campaigns across paid social, display, video and paid search campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will need to be fluent in social media trends, monitoring and optimizing seo and sem campaigns using analytical data and tactics that could yield returns to the Clients.

Job duties and responsibilities

· Optimize websites for SEO as well as usability

· Develop and monitor campaign budgets

· Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet

· Manage digital channel strategies including SEO, UX, Web development, paid media (SEM display), CRM, email and social media

· Contributing as a team member for the projects

· Scripting digital marketing plans for the clientele

· Lead campaign planning, development and execution, evaluating all digital channels including search, display, social, and video to meet campaign objectives

· Collaborating with the web and development team to build and optimize digital marketing funnel

· Execute digital marketing campaigns proficiently to drive performance for clients’ campaigns

· Design and oversee all digital marketing activity

· Contributing to the scope of building conversations with development team, project managers, designers & other developers

· Provide campaign reporting and analysis, highlighting successes and recommendations for future considerations

Required Qualifications to be successful in this role

· Minimum 3 years experience in Digital marketing

· Experience with Marketing platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Mail chimp, Facebook Marketing Suite, Adobe Experience Cloud)

· Expertise in paid channels including display, social, search and video

· Understanding of SEO Principles and Content Strategy

· Copy writing skills would be an asset

· Google and other digital media certifications would be an asset

· Should be fluent in goal-setting, setting & managing KPIs

· Excellent written and Skills in English
