Job Title: Pricing Coordinator
Location: Concord, ON
Length of Assignment: Temporary-Permanent
Salary: $17+ hourly
Job Responsibilities:
Provide information about shipment status: ETA’s, appointment detail, etc.
Taking customer calls and inquiries about rates and shipments
Quoting rates of shipments
Calculate pricing and quotes
Handle customer complaints via phone and email
Qualifications:
Previous Customer Service/Rates experience
Recent grads are welcome
Someone who is a fast learner, good with numbers and has an upbeat personality
Knowledge of the AS400 is an asset
