Our Client in West Toronto is looking for a HRIS analyst

This includes continuously identifying synergies and improvements across HR systems and processes, in efforts to achieve the overall mandate of ease of use for the end users and enhanced tracking & reporting capabilities for managers and administrators. From an analytics standpoint, the Sr. HRIS Analyst is the process owner of the HR Dashboard and is accountable for programming and consultative services to HR

You will be accountable to:

  • Supports the implementation of the HR Technology roadmap, while ensuring that all HR technologies are optimally implemented, configured and maintained to support business rules/processes. Acts as a Super User of the system
  • Develops customized reports and statistical analysis of workforce data for HR management and leadership team. Provides and/or coordinates trend analysis to add value to the HR reports
  • Partners with internal IT staff on more complex and/or recurring requests to determine appropriate course of action.
  • Conceptualizes, builds, maintains and evolves the HR dashboard(s)/analytics and data visualization in a clear and compelling way to support HR and business audiences and translating data into insight
  • Mining HR data, extracting trends, generating graphs and charts, adding context and 'telling the story' to provide management an overview of the HR data, key opportunities/challenges and to assist in decision making

Your experience includes:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree required
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence reporting tools, preferably Cognos/Tableau
  • Experience with Ultipro HRIS an asset (will accept others)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Access
  • Analytical thinking and attention to details to ensure data integrity of HR reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
