Our Marketing and Sales team drives and enables PwC Ventures to market software solutions across a range of business models, buyer profiles and industries. We build and execute go-to-market strategies and execution plans for all products launched in the New Ventures portfolio.

The Ventures marketing group manages a marketing budget which includes production of physical materials, hosting events at external locations, leveraging sponsorship investments with external groups, the purchase and design of advertising and the management of the provision of 3rd party specialist services. As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The Product Marketing Senior Manager will provide a full range of strategic marketing services that align with the strategic and business priorities of PwC and Ventures. Responsibilities include:

Identify priority Ventures marketing needs in alignment with the overall firm strategy

Create client-facing marketing plan including branding/awareness campaigns and product marketing initiatives in support of both acquisition and retention efforts

Build internal marketing plan to increase top-of-funnel idea submissions by working with various stakeholders and teams

Foster strong relationships with Product team to understand the value proposition of our offerings and collaborate on the creation of personas and in-market messaging

Support the sales team in demand generation and customer value throughout the buyer’s journey

Collaborate with the Marketing Shared Services resources e.g. brand, creative, copywriting, social media, digital marketing services, events, PR, marketing operations consisting of a mix of both internal and outsourced vendors to deliver strong marketing campaigns both internally and externally

Lead, coach and manage a team to successful achievement of goals

Identify new KPIs and meet targets while effectively managing annual budgets and reporting on results to showcase value and ROI

Requirements :
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

Integrated Technology and Software marketing experience

10+ years marketing experience with 5+ years at senior level, management or supervisory of significant marketing program

Experience developing and executing marketing strategies and plans with large investment budgets

Strong experience in marketing in a competitive environment

Significant exposure to developing or working with social media, graphic designers, event planners and advertising agencies

Significant experience at linking marketing to business development needs

Experience measuring marketing effectiveness and cost efficiencies

Experience navigating a highly complex matrix organization with a variety of stakeholder interests

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to listen, understand and translate information

Excellent understanding of marketing as a competency and ability to develop others

Excellent ability to develop and communicate marketing strategy and plans

High level of proactive service to peers and leadership

Advanced ability to work within Google, Microsoft and utilizing technical tools such as Salesforce, and Google suite including Docs, Slides, and Sheets

Exceptional interpersonal skills – must be able to interact successfully with all levels of staff, leaders, partners, and clients with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
