Role

Support the delivery of creative experience opportunities in a safe and caring environment and supporting campus initiative to do so.

Responsibilities

Must be able to open and/or close campus.

Lead & plan appropriate programming with a focus on Summit foundational programming components - quality, leadership, community involvement.

Maintain an environment in alignment with The Summit Way.

Attend weekly campus team meeting.

Be aware of accreditation goals & try to incorporate into programming.

Understand all Summit registration processes/dates/deadlines (Kids, Spring, Summer).

Must be able to work in ratio as needed.

Be an advocate for Summit in all customer and employee interactions.

Results

Ensure campus is licensing compliant and accredited.

Ensure all programming is award-winning calibre (Prime Ministers, Alberta Child Care, Parent’s Choice) and reflects The Summit Way.

Be an advocate for Summit in all customer and employee interactions.

Create a welcoming & supportive environment for all staff.

Increased customer satisfaction.

Successful execution of The Summit Way in all operations.

Requirements

Positive and enthusiastic.

Ability to work long shifts or varied hours to accommodate operational or corporate events - this includes staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Excitement to drive and create new processes and systems on a daily basis.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Highly organized and efficient.

Detail oriented.

Computer proficiency and understanding of corporate used 3rd party software.

Ability to oversee a variety of projects at the same time.

Must be certified with Level 2 Child Care Certification.
