Our Management Consulting team in Calgary is looking for a Project Manager like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference.

What you will do:
Deliver and lead cloud technology enabled transformation engagements across all SDLC phases under the direction of Senior Leadership.
Lead the delivery of projects from project initiation to implementation on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives; project’s ranging from ($500K - $10M)
Manage the gathering of business and technical requirements, business processes diagrams, solution architecture, integration and conversion strategies, testing strategies as well as all downstream execution activities including configuration, build and testing.
Establish project plans and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities.
Monitor and control execution of project though Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Implementation phases.
Perform project reporting including overall performance of the program and project completion documentation as per PMI best practices.
Recognize problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent, evaluate alternatives and find solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach.
Manage of organization change management and deployment activities.
Engage pro-actively present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting, risk and issue management throughout the project and implementation. Interact and communicate successfully with client stakeholders and team members
Lead and develop the project team members to create a sense of pride and ownership of the outcome of the project – working on-site, remote including offshore resources as required.
Contribute to business development activities (e.g., proposal development) and develop relationships with clients and future clients.

What you bring to the role:
5+ years of demonstrable/proven project management experience in technology enabled transformation projects, including front-, middle- or back-office enterprise scale applications, and the implementation of business change management activities.
Previous ERP implementation experience is preferred, however must have a minimum of 2-3 full life cycle with hands-on experience with at least one ERP solution (Oracle, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably Cloud based ERP technologies (Workday, NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics).
Proven track record of delivering quality results within agreed upon deadlines
Successful completion of an undergraduate degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with outstanding academic credentials is required. Post graduate degree and/or a professional designation is a strong asset.
Completion of PMI, PROSCI or MBA would be an asset.

Ability to work with onsite and offshore development teams including at all levels of the client organization.
Canadian travel required, occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments.
