2nd Generation Realtor who specializes in Residential and Investment Properties. I am looking to grow my team with a hard working, independent Administrative Assistant.

About the Role:

  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills
  • The role is to provide support to Sales Team
  • Understanding on how to complete all Paper work
  • Website Maintenance
  • Savvy Social Media Skills
  • Day to Day Communication with Clients
  • Manage Print / Digital Campaigns

Responsibilities and Duties


  • Work with reps and clients to deliver an awesome customer experience
  • Prepare Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Listing Agreement and all paper work associated with any transaction
  • Research properties of interest for growing database
  • Help implement social media strategy
  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails
  • Coordinate all trades needed for listings (i.e.: signage, photos, videos, consultants, home improvement trades if necessary, etc)
  • Organize and maintain listing files
  • Update and Maintain client database regularly
  • Run general errands and tasks like pick-ups and drop-offs, key exchanges, Post Office runs
  • Tasks for Listing Property: Scheduling Photographers, Stager and other 3rd parties
  • Retrieve feedback from showings
  • Assist with open houses when needed (if licensed)

Qualifications and Skills


  • Ideal Candidate will have a Real Estate License or in the middle of taking their Real Estate Course
  • Must have 1+ years in Real Estate Experience
  • Admin Experience in Real Estate or Other Organizations (If not in Real Estate Please explain the type of roles you have completed
  • A though Understanding of TREB and RAHB and Niagara board
  • Ability to put together CMA preparation
  • Ability to follow up with Internet Leads and set up appointments for the Sales Representative
  • Excellent client focused skill set- High attention to details
  • Proficient with Google Docs
  • Valid Ontario Drivers Licence
  • Personal vehicle is required
