Act as the lead in hiring, training, developing, motivating, and coaching our Sales Development team.
Establish and enforce inside sales processes to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
Design and implement a scalable training program and materials for new reps.
Ensures continuous improvement of SDR’s by driving key activity and productivity metrics.
Build more effective communication and provide insight for the improvement of the Inside Sales program.
Reports on metrics to measure the performance of the SDR’s activities and corrects deficiencies where necessary.
Collaborates with management to measure and inspect innovative sales programs and initiatives.
Collaborates with marketing and product team on content development and improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Minimum of 2+ years of sales development leadership experience in a SaaS environment.
Excellent management and communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrated experience building, managing, growing and developing an inside sales team.
Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems: SalesForce knowledge is a must.
Adept at introducing, training and enforcing activity metrics.
