What will you be doing?
You will be the Brand Ambassador for all amusement entities, ensuring the brand is marketed appropriately through internal and external initiatives.
Proactively improve marketing strategies and brand recognition.
Create content for and manage multiple social media platforms, ensuring all information on social media is up-to-date and accurate.
Review promotional materials and advertisements.
Assist with day of event functions, including photography, video, and co-ordination of visual presentations.
Collecting data on marketing campaigns.
Leverage analytics and competitive analysis to create new campaigns.
Significant involvement in the development and implementation of annual marketing plans for components of Bingemans brand/entities, ensure all tasks get completed as
scheduled.
Work with annual Marketing Budgets updating & monitoring budget tracking for the assigned brand/entity of the business.
Effectively respond to customer inquiries/leads obtained through digital media in a timely manner.
Responsible for copywriting for promotional materials, websites, advertisements, e-blasts.
Work cooperatively with other departments to design, develop and implement marketing strategies
Stay up to date with events and trends occurring in and around the Region, pursuing opportunities that may arise.
Foster relationships with local and provincial tourism connections.
Complete routine administrative tasks such as data entry, mailings, printings, formatting and more, as required by department managers and directing personnel.
What we're looking for?
Creative self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
Must have post-Secondary Education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years related work experience.
Experience in photograph and graphic design.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices including Google Analytics.
Must be proficient in: Microsoft Office, Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
Mail Chimp, Survey Monkey, Hootsuite, Adobe Design Suite, and most popular social media platforms
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Hospitality/Tourism Industry experience preferred but not required.
Additional information:
This is a permanent, full-time position. Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
