The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall performance of the store and assists management with driving sales, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining store appearance, and ensures visual presentation is as per directives.
- Assists the Store Manager to oversee and maintain the Customer Service Standards at all times
- Assist with coaching and training of staff.
- Ensures store’s business needs are maximized to achieve sales targets.
- Follows up with staff to ensure daily operational functions are completed
- Assist with controlling wages and shrink and ensures store audit compliance and shrink results are met.
- Ensures all staff adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure visual standards are met as per company directives.
