Yocale is looking for an ambitious individual to join our Customer Success Management (CSM) Team. A Customer Success Manager acts as a company ambassador and is ultimately responsible for delivering the highest possible level of service to our customers ensuring their success. Through a consultative approach, a CSM assists our customers with product implementation and best practices with our leading-edge services.
Performing well under pressure, the CSM works closely with Support, Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and our Executive team to manage and grow multiple client accounts while ensuring profitability, client loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing:
Guide new customers through the on-boarding process
Provide coaching and education to improve adoption of the Yocale product
Deliver best practices to customers to help improve their overall success
Build relationships with customers ensuring that they remain Yocale customers
Report and track customers through our processes
Bring product feedback and recommendations from customers back to the Yocale product team
Provide input into developing and delivering processes for executing customer success
What you need:
1-2 years in a customer-facing role preferably at a SaaS company
Demonstrable leadership skills
A true passion for customers and for customer success
Enjoys a dynamic environment
Can juggle multiple, very different tasks
Experience managing customers both large and small and knowing how/why to manage them differently
Driver’s license and a vehicle to make local customer visits
