The Koodo Value Management team plays a pivotal role within Koodo through the development and management of proactive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to our customer base. Our core objective is to grow customer value and engagement with Koodo's products and services, and ultimately to grow Koodo revenue and profitability.

The successful candidate will be joining a small but ambitious team of talented people who are driven by their insatiable curiosity to uncover actionable insights and are ready and willing to roll up their sleeves to help propel initiatives forward.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As Marketing Manager, you will be focused on driving growth of the average revenue per user (ARPU) through cross-sell and upsell initiatives. You will be responsible for developing, executing, managing and supporting revenue generating opportunities by working in collaboration with key stakeholders from the insights, product marketing and go-to-market teams.

Here’s how
Develop, manage and launch end-to-end cross-sell and upsell campaigns to drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities
Effectively utilize SMS, Email, and Outbound Calls to communicate to our base of customers at the right time with the right message
Work closely and manage relationships with external agencies to develop and execute key marketing materials
Collaborate with internal partners to identify customers for campaigns and measure post-launch success
Monitor progress through performance dashboards and provide regular program performance updates to the leadership team
Leverage measurements mechanisms to analyze and drive improvements to campaign/program profitability
Implement a fast fail approach that supports rapid learning and the ability to quickly scale up wins
Qualifications

Enthusiastic and eager to step in to support overall team goals when required
Understanding of direct marketing, lifecycle management & marketing analytics concepts
University degree (With courses in Marketing/Marketing analytics/basic financials)
Great-to-haves
Knowledge of telecommunications industry with a focus on Canada
Good understanding of wireless technology, mobility products and services
3+ years of prior experience working in marketing
