The Municipality is seeking applications from experienced, qualified persons for the position of Manager of Public Works and Environmental Services.
This position is responsible for the project management, contract administration, technical and engineering expertise to plan, design and construct multidisciplinary projects involving Urban & Rural Transportation and Public Utilities including, Potable Water, Sanitary and Storm Sewer services.
The preferred candidate will have a Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated experience in design and construction of municipal roads infrastructure, management of complex civil engineering projects and general organizational and administrative duties. Also, the preferred candidate will have a Post-Secondary Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Technology as well as his or her Professional accreditation/certification as a Qualified Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) or a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET).
