Who We Are Looking For:
Our Design department is looking for a junior graphic designer to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior design skills and a keen interest in UI design and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive and functional design solutions, visual explanations, data visualizations to support both our sales and marketing strategies and our product development.

What You Will Be Doing:
Collaborate with our dynamic teams of cross discipline designers, sales & marketing, client services and data analytics to innovate visual solutions for client presentations, reports, infographics, marketing materials and web initiatives including corporate website, landing pages, microsites.
Provide insights and feedback to peer designers and executive level stakeholders to ensure our overall design strategies are always striving for the highest standards and best practices.

Who You Are:
Graduate of an accredited graphic design program or minimum of 2 years experience working as a professional designer
Ability to create visual concepts that communicate ideas to inspire, inform and educate viewers. Ideal candidates should have a passion for traditional design elements such as colour, typography and layout with a keen interest in how they can be applied to an innovative and technology-leading software company.
Proficiency in current design practices and software such as: Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Products. We firmly believe that although knowledge of current software products is an asset it is necessary to have an eager desire to learn, evaluate and adopt new software products and practices to help our team evolve and learn.
Basic knowledge of web-based technologies such as HTML, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Wordpress is valuable. Skills with wire framing tools, video editing tools, or Sketch are a bonus.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks for different departments under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
