In this role you will be responsible to build and manage an end-to-end customer marketing and communication program. From becoming a ‘lead’ in our system, through the customer lifecycle, and onto customer referral programs. This is not a lead acquisition role.
Map and build communication touch points and appropriate messaging. Use CRM and marketing automation software to implement the complete program:
lead to appointment
appointment to sale
sale to project
project to install
install to final call
Customer Based Marketing Programs
design, build and manage drip campaigns for all cancelled leads and appointments
design, build and manage customer referral program
design, build and manage ‘renewal’ program for window / door / home completion and new product offerings
design, build, test, deploy, and maintain solutions on our CRM platform, including custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, visualforce pages, email templates and lightning web components.
create complex reports and dashboards to suit business needs.
manage the Salesforce configuration, security administration, system updates and overall functionality of the system including production.

Who are you (in order of importance):
expert experience using a Marketing Automation Platform ie. Pardot, Marketo
advanced experience using CRM - preferably SalesForce
highly self motivated, can work with little supervision
organized and driven
What have you done:
3 - 5 years experience marketing experience
planned and executed Customer Lifecycle marketing and communication programs
worked with and managed 3rd party content writers and designers (is an asset)
digital marketing experience is a bonus
Occasional day travel to Head Office in Windsor is required. Candidate will need a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
