Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire Systems Engineer.

The Systems Engineer is accountable for supporting the achievements of ACG’s short and long term Mission, Vision and strategic objectives by: Administration of existing Office 365 cloud based applications, migration of SharePoint sites from v.2010 to SharePoint Online, and analyzing new productivity tools like Power BI and Power Automate.

Accountabilities:
Maintain all facets of an Office 365 Tenant – Administration

Coordinate with other Enterprise IT stakeholders to facilitate implementation planning of the cloud migration

Perform delivery tasks for assigned projects that could include implementation, support, and migration of enterprise cloud solutions using Office 365 and related core technologies

Hands-on implementation/migration to Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Enterprise Mobility Suite (Intune, Azure AD, and Azure Information Protection API), Active Directory and related technologies

Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs

Coordinate application of patches on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities; Configure / add new services as necessary

Communicate architecture to business users, technology and leadership teams

Work with other administrators/engineers in the set-up, maintenance, availability management, and problem management of cloud infrastructure

Perform ongoing performance tuning and upgrades

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Office 365, Enterprise Mobility Suite, and Windows 10 is required

Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint 2010/2013/2019/Online, Windows Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory

4 years+ systems administrator/engineer experience,

3 years+ experience with Microsoft .NET and ASP.NET development,

2 years+ experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory,

5 years+ of relevant industry experience in complex enterprise environments or or equivalent

Ability to proactively collaborate across internal, customer, and key partner teams

Growth in technical skills through certifications (MCSA, MCSE, MCP, MCTS) or other similar achievements is desired

Deep knowledge of O365 features, and ability to identify most optimal way to achieve business goals using OOTB (Out of the Box) functionality

Have the ability to perform a deployment of the above technologies with minimal oversight

Knowledge of ShareGate data analysis and remediation

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Able to work independently, under general supervision and as a part of a team, on several concurrent tasks with changing priorities
