Work you’ll do:
General Responsibilities:
Advise business owners on high level solution identification or feasibility
Maintains content ownership of the “Solution Backlog” of items to be delivered
Work with Global Financial Services (GFS), Engaged Member Firms (MF) and Global S/4 Support Team to prioritize and navigate program processes for change requests (enhancements)
Collaborates with the S/4 Global Support Client-to-Cash Engagement Accounting Process Leader to align business resources, delivery and targeted business feedback from the efforts
Monitors compliance to standardized procedures, best practices and works with GFS and Global S/4 Support to create new policies and processes as needed
Provides input to product roadmap, planning, delivery, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards and business needs are met
Provide leadership, GFS and the appropriate member firm business leads with regular status updates and identified issues/risks
Facilitate sessions with GFS, member firm business leads and Global S/4 Support team resources for status, planning and overall alignment
Collaborate with GFS to guide the strategic direction, operations, and maintenance for SWIFT Client-to-Cash Engagement Accounting processes including WIP Management, Pricing, Revenue Recognition, Global Time, and Tax

Product Responsibilities:
The solution engineer is the “internal” voice of the customer with the Global S/4 Support team for Client-to-Cash Engagement Accounting
Provides sufficient solution detail in Change for approval
Outlines inter-dependencies in advance to the overall system
Works within the budget scope and budget allowed for CTC Engagement Accounting team when planning and defining the upcoming direction and scope of delivery
Ensures that there is always enough work defined in the backlog
Participates in system demos
Oversees and conducts research on competitive products both internally and externally; Understands business and industry direction to determine and provide advice on product future
Seek ways to reduce application related costs and increase efficiencies of applications
Integrate the business strategy and knowledge of software capabilities (current and future) into vision and direction for all global finance S/4 products
Collaborate with the CTC Engagement Accounting Process Lead and teams for vision and delivery initiatives
Define User Stories upon Change Request approval
Maintains ownership over more general capabilities/features and collaborate with the delivery team owning the detailed features/sprint planning for delivery

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of in-depth experience in product management, SDLC, solutions design, and delivery of enterprise solutions
Minimum five years of Experience in SAP SD and PS with exposure to Results analysis and Resource Related Billing
Minimum five years direct experience managing Finance solutions
Experience working with business owners and development teams to document and clarify business and user requirements and manage scope of defined features and functions during project lifecycle.
Proven expertise in managing the support and delivery of mid-to-large enterprise applications needed
Ability to understand and relate to the business objectives and provide a high-quality automated solution
Ability to adjust communications to both technical and non-technical audiences
Must have strong analytical abilities, negotiation/presentation skills, and organizational/planning abilities
Ability to drive teams to meet consensus, and have vivid passion for product delivery
Experience in implementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures
Creative - able to think outside the box; uses knowledge gained through prior experience, education, and training to resolve issues and remove project barriers
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers, yet represent accurately the perspective of Technology
Experience working directly with clients and providing consultation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills, leadership/management skills, collaboration and decision-making skills
Experience interfacing with external software design and development vendors preferred
Ability to work productively with all levels in a large organization
Ability to travel minimally required

Preferred:
Master’s or Advanced degree
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Technical leadership experience in SAP S/4 HANA Applications
