IFS is looking for an experienced HR professional to provide leadership, strategic direction, development and ongoing management of all People & Culture programs, policies and practices for our company. You will also play a partnership role with the senior management team.

The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for managing the employment life cycle including but not limited to onboarding, training and development, compensation/bonus plans, employee relations, employee engagement and talent management. They will provide coaching and mentoring to members of the P&C team and engage closely with senior leaders and managers to implement and drive the people & culture strategy. This is a hands-on Sr. HRBP role where operational excellence and relationship management is key to its success. They will partner with P&C regional organizations on global initiatives and remain current with best practices, legislative changes and industry standards.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
  • Ensure that the HR priorities in the A&D BU are in line with the overall business needs
  • Acts as a coach and advisor to Executive/senior leaders; influencing and shaping the people agenda
  • Lead change initiatives and implements specific HR strategies to achieve organization goals and objectives
  • Participates in / leads global HR projects, striving for continuous improvement
  • Counsel and coach management and employees on performance and employee relations related matters, handling all cases successfully
  • Have a deep understanding of the businesses and possess business acumen
  • Demonstrate current knowledge of employment law and contemporary trends in HR
  • Understand and embrace the use of technology and data to provide management information and analytics
  • Be an ambassador for the IFS culture; a role model for the Company values
  • Develop and drive a culture of customer focus, active responsibility and continuous improvement within business area in support of delivery and business objectives

  • Strong implementation skills, happy to deliver operational excellence and be 'hands on' at all time to deliver customer satisfaction
  • Experienced and comfortable with supporting Senior Executives
  • Analytical and uses data as a foundation to take the right decisions
  • High energy, willingness to take ownership and to deliver results
Required Education and Experience:
  • University degree, or equivalent processional qualifications in HR
  • 7-10 years of experience in a human resources role or equivalent
  • Candidates from IT or Defense industry preferred
  • A team player, with the ability to work together with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to be hands on and provide strategic thinking and direction
  • Dynamic, approachable and highly motivated
  • Strong business acumen, client orientation, and a desire to learn client group's business operations
  • Strong Excel skills; ability to analyse and present data to senior executives
