Why is this role important?

The Product Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and operations of new enterprise platforms. The Product Manager will define what the platform team delivers by establishing a platform roadmap, maintaining the platform backlog and creating a schedule for implementation. That means making a release plan, which will feature actionable feedback and ideas, and managing the overall solution delivery.

The Product Manager owns delivery quality and is responsible for tracking and reporting on service level performance. They will work collaboratively with enterprise user groups to identify and prioritize enhancements and new capabilities for enterprise solutions that enable our digital customer experiences. They will establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet business needs, security requirements and architecture standards, and ensure that user needs and requirements are appropriately translated into effective platform configurations and solutions.
