Some of what you will do

As the Cloud Analyst, you will play an important role in IT Technical Services team and will provide Cloud infrastructure and Cloud based applications support. Your strong background in Azure Cloud Operations / Migrations, Office 365, system administration and monitoring as well as Security and Compliance best practices will help us fulfil our promise of work, learn, grow to our customers. Specifically, you will:
Plan and Implement Azure system migrations and new builds (Containers / Kubernetes)
Administration, monitoring and troubleshooting Azure and local datacentre environments.
Office 365 administration and support
Provide second and third level support as appropriate to Help Desk on datacenter / Azure related issues
Involvement with implementation of medium-large sized projects. Solve technical issues or implement new services on tight timetables
Define processes, Document builds and standards for associated work
Help drive enhancements and continuous improvement within the network
This position requires rotating on-call and emergency support 24x7
Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Some of what you need
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a professional information technology environment supporting datacenter / Azure environment.
2 years small to medium size project management experience
Diploma/Degree in business/information systems with focus on networks or relevant work experience
Microsoft Certifications preferred (Azure / 365 / Windows Server / other)
Hands on experience and strong understanding of Azure IAAS / PAAS, Terraform, server and app migration to Azure, Azure configuration and administration
Office 365 tenant administration, Azure AD connectivity and Office 365 Apps
Windows Servers, AD, DNS, OS hardening and security measures
Hands on experience of firewalls, routing and VPN configuration
Strong knowledge of scripting (PowerShell)
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with other departments and teams
