Position Summary:

Thread Collective Inc is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and to help expand further our line and better our execution.

Primary responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for the daily execution of orders
  • Ensure that all customer and vendor orders match
  • Orders are processed and entered properly in our system
  • Manage any discrepancies and alert the appropriate parties for corrective action
  • Managing returns
  • Working directly with the sales team
  • Daily contact with the sales team and buyers of our major customers for modifications of orders
  • Managing delivery issues and discrepancies to avert major charge backs and fines from our customers
  • Continual evaluation of internal processes to improve productivity
  • Allocation of merchandise of Customer and Vendor orders, Production delivery estimates


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service (Apparel Industry experience is an asset)
  • Experience with EDI is an asset
  • Experience with Momentis and web orders are a plus
  • Strong time management skills
  • Confidence in making decisions
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm
  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • Proficient in basic MSOffice software;
