Overview of the opportunity:
The Digital Customer Consulting practice at KPMG continues to grow at a very rapid pace. To fulfill the demand we are looking for great leaders who have the track record and aspiration to help lead this growth. Our goal is to make KPMG ‘the clear choice in the Canadian market for imagining, designing, building and securing customer obsessed organizations’.

We are looking for people to join our Digital Customer Advisory practice with specific experience in the areas of: Digital Strategy, Experience Design, Client Experience Strategy, and Customer Journey Mapping.

A leader (Manager, Senior Manager or Director) in the KPMG Digital Customer practice has experience, has a story, has credibility and has the ability to grow a team. You are able to earn the trust of our clients to envision the future of their business in a digital world. You are a leader who thinks and advises holistically about an organization seeking opportunities to leverage digital and exponential technologies in an ever changing customer landscape. You will understand strategy, technology, design and process through the lens of a digital experience.

This role requires an individual who has demonstrable experience in a professional consulting environment to sell work, deliver work, build teams, design world class methods and approaches and generally inspire our entire Firm.

What you will do:
ENGAGE clients in conversations to provide value based insights to address their most important priorities
EARN the trust of clients leading to being engaged for Advisory engagements
PROPOSE clearly articulated approaches, fees and assumptions
DELIVER value based outcomes by leading KPMG and client teams
EXTEND relationships beyond a single engagement so that KPMG earns technology design and build work

What you bring to the role:
A professional consulting background that includes an impressive portfolio of work across industries
A market following that will allow you to attract talent and client opportunities
Enough technical acumen to be dangerous
Well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques. Design thinkers welcome!
Appreciation and understanding on the balance between creativity, commerce and utility
Dedication to collaboration with our team, with clients, with partners and other parts of our Firm
Experience in a client-facing roles and working with teams on large-scale, long-term projects
Excellent communication skills in both French and English
