We're currently looking for a Salesperson to join our lead generation team on a full-time basis in our Ottawa/Kanata office. The ideal candidate will have an extraordinary track record for exceeding sales targets, managing complex client relationships, and identifying client business needs.


The Salesperson, under the direction of our Director of Lead Generation, will work to drive business development and meet sales goals by working through our established sales process to contact incoming leads and developing warm/cold leads to sell products and services from all of our business divisions (agency services, marketing services, coaching services, recruiting services, etc). The salesperson will manage all aspects of the client sales process, through from initial contact to final securing of proposals.

Here's what we think the perfect person will have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a sales role/environment.
  • A strong background in establishing and developing sales processes.
  • A strong background in researching and identifying target markets and qualified candidates.
  • A proven track record of strategic, consultive, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The constant desire to be collaborative and work closely with everyone on our team.
  • The willingness to learn, as well as both take and give direction when necessary.
  • The ability to work towards tight deadlines when necessary.
