We are hiring a Client Success Manager (15 month contract)
Reporting to the Senior Director, Workplace Wellbeing Product (Health Solutions), the Client Success Manager will drive and manage the implementation of the Wellbeing portfolio of products and services by liaising with external clients and internal SDM teams to ensure successful launches and best possible experience with clients. The Client Success Manager supports the Business Development team on boarding new customers to the portfolio of Wellbeing Products.
What You'll Do:
“Operationalize” all aspects of partner programs, acting as the link between all internal cross-functional teams
Lead implementation projects by maintaining and executing standard operating procedures through partnering with other internal cross-functional teams
Become an expert in Wellbeing portfolio of products and services, collaborate with internal teams to ensure programs are delivered with operational excellence and program value is optimized
Work closely with Business Development to ensure the smooth on-boarding of new partners
Be the key point of contact for issue resolution with internal teams across the organization
Develop, maintain, and report on service level metrics
Focus on continuous improvements and best practices to drive operational excellence, and deliver related recommendations
Collaborate with Marketing, other business units and external agencies to support client communications during onboarding process
Participate in and lead select client meetings
Product Management & Marketing Support
Work closely with Product Development and Business Development to gain and provide client input/feedback to be incorporated into the enhancement and development of programs and service s
Contribute to and update marketing materials as needed to support client needs
What You'll Need:
University degree in business or healthcare field preferred
3+ years of client management and/or project management experience
2+ years of private payer benefit management experience preferred
Demonstrated planning, project management and organizational skills
Proven client, partner or store relationship management and customer service capabilities
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and create at all levels of the organization
Quick learner: eagerness to learn and ability to rapidly assimilate new concepts and idea
Self-starter: demonstrated initiative and ability to prioritize
Creative thinker with c ontent development, strong ppt skills
Adobe Product Suite experience a strong asset.
Delivers results in a high-pressure environment with the ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines
