In this role, you will:
Draft and manage all necessary Maintenance Organisation Expositions (MOE)

Scope and draft all necessary service and training approvals

Account for all regulatory compliance

Be responsible for the sourcing satisfactory and timely flying training organisation approvals

Be responsible for ensuring compliance with all infrastructure regulations as these pertain to the maintenance and rectification of aircraft

Be responsible for sourcing all maintenance related MT requirements

Collaborate fully with the training pipeline managers and procurement managers in the discussions with aircraft OEMs

As our ideal candidate,

Leadership experience in the safe, compliant and profitable management of aircraft and equipment support services.

Leadership experience in the technical management of aircraft maintenance engineering, air safety management and continuing airworthiness.

Excellent knowledge of the role and responsibilities of a Design Organisation and Type Certificate Holder

Excellent knowledge of the aviation regulatory and compliance frameworks for the provision of services to contracted aviation services

Thorough knowledge of Transport Canada regulations for all aspects of aircraft maintenance, certification, airfield operations and flying operations

Strong understanding of integrated logistics support and the generation of optimal, cost-comparative operating models and support solutions

Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline; minimum of an Incorporated Engineer, preferably a Chartered Engineer or equivalent.
