Reporting to the SVP, Human Resources and working in close partnership with HR Business Partners and the Learning Team, this critical role is primarily responsible for continuing momentum in the leadership development strategy, program design and execution at all levels of the organization. The role may also oversee and support elements of goeasy’s engagement strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Execute the rollout of goeasy’s Leadership Principles and philosophy
Oversee the development and deployment of goeasy’s New Manager Excellence program
Designs, develops, implements components of strategy for leadership development
Lead, develop, implement customized solutions across the domains of leadership, high potential and culture & engagement
Facilitate leadership development sessions and seminars as required
Deploy enterprise leadership development programming, as required.
Manage Succession Plan development plan process and progress
Coach leadership and high-potential employees as part of individual development plans
Oversee the Culture initiatives that include, but are not limited to, the design and delivery of employee engagement, rewards and recognition and change management
Collaboratively support internal teams as an OD and Engagement advisor and identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies and activities to support goals. This includes conducting focus groups and delivery of training.

Key Qualification & Experiences

University Degree required accompanied by a Master’s Degree and/or certification with a focus in the area of Organizational Development/Human Resources
7+ years of progressive work experience with facilitating and delivering Organization Development programs and initiatives
Enhanced Business acumen; the individual will have to be a quick-study on the organization in order to ramp up and make an impact early.
Broad and complete understanding of Organizational Development and Talent Management, including the tools and processes associated with leadership development, succession planning, career pathing, engagement, change management, leadership assessment and coaching
Strong facilitation skills required to deliver development and other interventions related to assessment, coaching and leadership
Ability to handle multiple projects (small and large) with conflicting priorities and deliver projects on time with excellence
Understanding of adult learning principles and experience in the development of high impact leadership development solutions
Independent and tactical leader with a proven ability to develop professional relationships and work in a team-oriented environment
Interpersonal savvy (work effectively and build relationships with senior management, leaders and several cross-functional teams) and ability to deal with sensitive issues
Works well under pressure, change and ambiguity
