Join our growing young team of Real Estate Brokers in a dynamic environment, and grow into the Managing Coordinator of our Boutique Real Estate Agency, now open in Griffintown;

Looking for a dynamic individual to support the Real Estate team & the President, as full time receptionist, sales coordinator of RE transactions, book keeping, filing, invoicing, posting adds on social media, marketing, etc. Ready to learn it all !

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Real Estate Environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Bilingualism French and English
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, reliable and punctual
  • Professional, respectful and welcoming
  • Team Player
  • Book keeping experience is a plus; savvy at social media;
