Looking for someone with 3-5 years experience in this position, will be required to assist in day-to-day duties typical for the sous chef or assistant kitchen manager. Competitive wage, room for advancement, potential bonus structure as well.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee kitchen operations
  • Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment

  • Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
