NavieGo acts as the logistical arm of BioScript Solutions through services such as drug reimbursement, case management, and patient navigation.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Patient Programs, the Program Manager oversees the management, planning, and implementation of specific programs/portfolio within NavieGo, the Patient Programs company of BioScript Solutions. The Program Manager must have a strong combination of project management, performance analytics, client management, case management, and people management skills. Individuals who would succeed in this role are positive, driven, and committed to building best-in-class and innovative support programs.

This is a full-time, permanent role (rotating shifts during the hours of 8 AM - 8 PM EST), and is based out of Oakville, ON.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the program is designed and implemented as per sponsor’s strategic direction through maximizing operational efficiencies and achieving KPIs;
  • Providing the program sponsor with portfolio insights and intelligence through design, evolution, and delivery of reports;
  • Participate, facilitate, and/or lead in respective client meetings and day-to-day client communications;
  • Providing timely feedback and solutions to maintain and enhance patient and stakeholder experience;
  • Maintaining clear communication at all times with patients and internal/external stakeholders;
  • Ensuring stakeholder escalations are managed appropriately and to the sponsor’s satisfaction;
  • Maintaining thorough documentation of all activities including Adverse Event reporting as per organization processes and contractual obligations;
  • Lead continual process improvement and quality service within the program;
  • Management of a team of case coordinators to deliver program objectives by overseeing training and quality of work;
  • Creating a positive culture that fosters teamwork and employee engagement; and
  • Contribute to program casework including but not limited to case management and coordination with patients, physician’s offices, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical related field;
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing a team of direct reports;
  • A Bachelor’s degree program and/or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required;
  • General knowledge of patient support programs, database elements and functionality;
  • Exceptional project management skills with experience in organizing, planning and executing projects from vision through implementation;
  • Program management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Proven ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently;
  • Proven customer relationship and/or account management skills with direct client interaction;
  • Compassionate approach and passion for patient advocacy;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and competent reporting and trending data;
  • Strong financial acumen and hands on budget management experience; and
  • Strong leadership skills and a high-level of self-motivation.
