We’re looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join our team, with an Immediate start date.

The Job Role: Customer Service Representative, French (QC) an asset
Reporting to: Tracy Litmola, Customer Service Manager
Location: 250 Summerlea Road, Brampton
Overview: Order Entry-On Line, Email and Fax, Shipping, Invoicing, Customer Service Reports, Incoming/outgoing CS calls, Credits, Product Returns, all Customer Service queries
The Role: Very busy on going Order Entry, throughout the day, along with Customer calls and emails throughout the day. Daily Shipping Process/Paperwork, Daily Invoicing and Transfers. Daily Morning Customer Service Reports. Credit/Returns, as required. Handling Customer queries/issues/concerns, as required.
