We are looking for a motivated and responsible Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! Must be energetic, charismatic and enthusiastic about delivering great customer service.

Will be accountable for directing phone calls, managing the mail and general email distribution in and out of the office, processing customer payments, scanning and data entry, as well as corresponding with our customers who leave reviews via email. More responsibilities and expectations include:

  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Identifying opportunities to make a great first impression
  • Keep organized while dealing with information/request coming from different sources
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Staying positive
  • Confidential and time sensitive support to brokers
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Complete policy changes on insurance company portals and software
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Provide general support to visitors

Hours:

9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Experience:
