Reporting to the Executive Associate for the Chief Zone Officer, the Administrative Support II is the first point of contact for clients and staff who present at Michener Bend. This position will be responsible for all reception duties, including answering phones, directing staff/visitors, managing receivables, and support to local site committees. The preferred candidate will be positive and professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. This position supports the front reception for a variety of corporate programs/departments.
As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Additional Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft windows, basic computer skills and ability to operate fax machine and photocopier/printer is required. Ability to work independently or as a team with multiple programs/departments. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and make sound judgement decisions. English language skills in reading, writing, and oral communication is required. Must possess exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to communicate in a professional manner with multiple levels of staff, public and physicians. Must be able to adhere to strict organizational policies, procedures and legislative requirements as outlined by AHS.
Previous experience in a health care setting is an asset.
