Some responsibilities include:
*Co-ordinating with other staff to ensure project contracts & bids are complete and filed on time
*Preparing documents, reports, memos, email responses & client material using various software
*Calendar management, contacting clients, screening emails, and maintaining our electronic and physical filing systems
*Arranging meetings, booking travel details
*Experience in a busy, professional environment
*Proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software
*Ability to handle a large variety of details and to work effectively with all levels of the organization
*Strong attention to detail and pride in one’s work
*Ability to adapt and problem solve while completing a variety of tasks
*Efficiently time manage, meet deadlines, and organize
