Job Summary:

The Assistant Administrator will provide administrative support related to the daily operations of the agency.

Looking for an adinistrative assistant for a small Licensed Home Child Care Agency. The sucessful candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills to provide customer service in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Be able to manage time effectively.
  • Work independently and as a team member as needed.
  • Experience with MS Office, Excel, Word, Google mail and Google drive
  • Exceptional administrative skills.
  • Be able to perform office manager duties
  • A clear Criminal Reference Check
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in a related field.
  • Past administrative experience is an asset.
  • 1-3 years experience in administration

There will be a 90 day probation period.

Starting : Jan 2020

Contract : Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
