The Assistant Administrator will provide administrative support related to the daily operations of the agency.
Looking for an adinistrative assistant for a small Licensed Home Child Care Agency. The sucessful candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills to provide customer service in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Be able to manage time effectively.
- Work independently and as a team member as needed.
- Experience with MS Office, Excel, Word, Google mail and Google drive
- Exceptional administrative skills.
- Be able to perform office manager duties
- A clear Criminal Reference Check
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in a related field.
- Past administrative experience is an asset.
- 1-3 years experience in administration
There will be a 90 day probation period.
Starting : Jan 2020
Contract : Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
