On behalf of our client in the Consulting Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Business Systems Analyst - ServiceNow.

Business Systems Analyst - ServiceNow – Job Description

Gather, analyze, understand, and document requirements and business cases
Lead meetings and workshops with customers to understand project objectives and requirements
Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications
Develop business and system requirements, functional designs, process flows, and test plans
Estimate timelines for the requirements phase of the project and ensure that the requirements are delivered as per established schedule
Work collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of technology solutions to our clients
Create user documentation that explain how new features work
Lead walkthrough training sessions to explain solutions to internal and external clients
Provide Subject Matter Expertise for products
Interface with the application development team to validate test results for new applications verifying that they meet the requirements
Evaluate alternative business processes and technology solutions and participate in making recommendations to enhance business operations
Collaborate with the Project / Engagement Managers on delivering projects on time and budget and assist in the management of client expectations
Create and maintain project documentation
Collaborate with the Architecture Review Board on defining technical solutions and ensure that the standards are followed when capturing and documenting functional requirements
Conduct system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing
Assist in analysis and reporting of defects when requested
Provide implementation and post implementation support when required
Recommend changes to established methods and suggest alternative solutions to improve quality and increase productivity
Reports To: Solution Architect / Program Manager
Business Systems Analyst - ServiceNow – Mandatory Skills

Ability to bring clarity to complex business problems and communicate concepts in a meaningful and concise way
Ability to understand business needs and map to functional requirements
Experience in successfully delivering product features and project deliverables
Understanding of different SDLC methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, Iterative
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow
Experience in workflow analysis, design and process re-engineering principles
Understanding of IT concepts (windows platform, integrations, webservices, reports)
Solid problem solving and analytical skills
Broad business and management knowledge
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
Client?focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Systems, or related qualifying work experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
5+ years of experience creating and documenting requirements, specifications, and solution designs in a software development environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, Powerpoint and presentation tools
Business Systems Analyst - ServiceNow – Nice to Have Skills

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus
Business Systems Analyst - ServiceNow - Assignment Start Date
