Reporting to the Digital Acquisition and Engagement
Manager, the Digital Acquisition and Engagement
Coordinator is key in helping achieve our acquisition
and engagement goals promoting key traffic drivers to
our website (social, display ads, paid search, etc.) and
is also responsible for coordinating all activities
related to social media including the management of the
social calendar.
  • Coordinates, and executes the strategy for paid ads
in the digital space (including SEM, display/video
ads, remarketing, social media, etc.);
  • Assists in the growth of engagement and overall
impact of the company’s digital channels through
both proactive and reactive interactions;
  • Actively engages with our customers through our
social media channels, which helps us identify
customer concerns, trends, and opportunities;
  • Researches new social media initiatives and areas in
which to expand marketing exposure.
  • Manages weekly and monthly social media calendar;
  • Is responsible for monitoring our online engagement
and feedback, which is instrumental in helping shape
how we know and understand our customer;
  • Responds to customer inquiries that are made on
social media channels;
  • Creates reports using a variety of analytical tools
and make recommendations based on the results,
trends, changes to algorithms, etc.;
  • Work with the Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams
as needed to aid in the design and produce marketing
  • Works with other departments and buyers to ensure we
are supporting key initiatives.

Job Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Digital Media,
Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, a
related discipline or equivalent relevant
  • Experience with Facebook Ad Manager and Geo
  • Knowledge of paid media;
  • A passion for social media and online conversation;
  • Highly effective interpersonal, written and verbal
communication skills including strong writing
  • Ability to write effectively for a variety of
  • Keen organizational skills paired with the ability
to multitask and meet rolling deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bilingualism (English & French) is preferred.
