10 years of experience in the game industry in creative leadership roles.
5 years of experience as a VP of Creative or Design, overseeing a portfolio of AAA games.
Experience in shipping recognized games in a Creative Director or Lead Design Director role.

About the job
The Director/Head of Creative will define the creative strategy for all first-party and second-party content across the game portfolio globally. You will be responsible for building and leading a team across creative, user experience, analytics, design, R&D and monetization and engagement.

Develop creative guidelines, design principles and best practices to guide the content strategy for our global games portfolio. Be responsible for working with leaders across the organization to ensure that the customer's voice is at the center of all creative decisions.
Be responsible for giving creative and design feedback through the game development stage-gate process. Lead play testing functions and process for first- and second-party content.
Distill data on player needs and translate into useful feedback for teams. Partner with the Head of Community Development to define the Stadia community-driven approach to game development.
Be responsible for auditing projects and mitigating risk from a quality perspective. Ensure that business model objectives are translated into design guidelines.
Build and operate design internship program and school partnerships to ensure that we have a pipeline into up-and-coming talent.
