Schedule: March-April: Flexible. May-September: Tuesday – Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Kiwi Nurseries is a family-owned tree nursery and garden center with 100’s of different varieties of prairie hardy trees, shrubs and perennials. We pride ourselves on providing top quality plant material, accurate information, and personalized customer service. In 2019, Kiwi Nurseries celebrated our 40th year in business by expanding our tropical plant selection and adding new seeds and herbs to the products we offer. We are also excited to start hosting more classes, workshops and private events in the 2020 season!
Your primary role would be as the first point of contact at the Nursery, answering phones, e-mails, and helping both retail and commercial clients. You would be the primary person responsible for estimating and invoicing of retail clients and contractors through our POS system. You will find yourself communicating with suppliers, answering questions about plant maintenance, arranging residential deliveries and plantings, and a variety of other tasks depending on what the day holds. Filling out and receiving paperwork. You must be interested in learning about indoor and outdoor plants, and how to care for them.
