Role and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative :

The Customer Service Representative - Admininistrative (CSR) will be responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt and professional manner. The Customer Service Representative will be committed to delivering the highest level customer service to our clients.

The Customer Service Representative - Administrative will:

  • Respond in English to telephone or email inquiries, requests or questions from clients regarding our products and orders
  • Research and investigate issues to provide most viable solution in a timely manner
  • Gather all information required and create Sales Quote or Order
  • Type data in the system for order entry
  • Provide assistance with respect to project documentation
  • Act as liaison across company departments and resources to deliver solutions in regards to products to clients
  • Conduct proper follow-up to ensure issues are resolved to clients’ satisfaction
  • Escalate more problematic issues to appropriate resource, if necessary
  • Document and communicate in an effective and precise manner with an attention to detail
  • All other related tasks.

Education

  • High School Diploma Completed
  • Degree in Administration ( DEC) an asset

Experience :

  • 2-4 years prior customer service experience

Skills, knowledge and competencies of the customer service representative - Admin :

  • Language skills - English essential (both written and oral) Customers are located in USA ; French intermediate to advanced
  • Solution-oriented and customer service focused
  • Strong organizational skills and able to manage priorities effectively
  • Excellent computer knowledge of Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Able to work under pressure and within a constantly changing environment
  • Resourceful and proactive.
