Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Greet visitors, answer external and internal phone calls professionally.
2. Sign for all deliveries and incoming mail.
3. Data entry into Excel.
4. Take charge of contracts and documents filing.
5. Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
6. Take meeting minutes.
7. Produce reports, data analysis and ppt for business use.
8. Arrange travel schedules and make reservations.
9. Support on employee activities, such as birthday party, team building etc.
10. Other tasks assigned.
1. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) ;
2. About 1 year administrative working experience;
3. Must be fluent in English(both oral and written) and Mandarin is an asset;
4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting;
5. Be good at handling multi-tasks at one time;
6. Stay organized and accurate.
7. Having basic knowledge of bookkeeping/ marketing/trading is preferred.
