Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor – Insulators/Decokers on a permanent basis at our CRC office in Regina, Saskatchewan.

What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for leading a team of various trade employees. This includes setting safety, performance and developmental expectations for the trade groups reporting to you. Other duties include conducting regular field audits to make all sure safety procedures are followed and work is executed in a timely and cost effective manner meeting the agreed upon Maintenance schedule.

You will lead, mentor, supervise, and manage direct reports including discipline, attendance management, and performance management
You will assign and direct the work assignments
You will develop safe work practices and procedures for respective trade section
You lead and maintain adherence to safe behavior through the morning stretch program, daily toolbox talks, and monthly safety meetings
You will identify and consult on development of asset strategies, including equipment repair plans, equipment reliability plans, or upgrades
You assist in the development of daily and weekly schedules by developing and monitoring 7 day week schedules and rotations to ensure timely and effective response to customer needs

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:

You have a Grade 12 diploma plus a Interprovincial Journeyperson Insulator Certificate
You have a minimum of 8+ years of progressive trades experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience. Experience in a relevant industry is preferred. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
You have strong computer literacy skills, especially knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
You have a proven ability to lead teams, demonstrating outstanding leadership and communication skills.
You’re a strategic thinker who is able to build and maintain relationships, an influencer – who is able to get things started with integrity and courage.
You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
