Responsibilities:
Independently develops and maintains relationships with referral partners.
Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to collect and analyze competitor and market intelligence.
Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to promote our referral programs to existing partners
Makes professional judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Exchanges potentially complex/sensitive information with clients.

Client Management:
Oversee the rollout of profitable referral programs to existing business partners throughout Canada (Management of a territory to generate over $ 6 millions in NNC from personal loans)
Liaise between partners and branch network to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Participate in and improve upon in-house brand promotions
Help partners through email, phone, online presentations and in person meetings.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders, ability to distribute regular and adhoc reporting as required by the business.
Forecast and track key partnership metrics; monitor and analyze partner’s usage of our programs
Establish and execute strategies designed to secure and grow relationships with existing partners.
Nurture, secure and maintain relationships with partners by working to grow penetration levels, promote referral programs, promote effective marketing solutions, training and product selection in partnership with the partners.
Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Responsible for keeping current partners satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Analyze market to identify business opportunities and understand the competition.
Research and respond to partner inquiries promptly and accurately.

Qualifications:
University Degree – preferably in Business Administration or equitable work experience.
3-5 years’ experience in finance or mortgage industry with a sales/client management background.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills are required to:
Demonstrated ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated strong communication skills (oral and written) with all levels of employees, management and customers and possess confident and effective public speaking skills.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently while looking for ways to change/modify current processes for improved efficiencies.
Proficient in MS Office products to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Travel (75%+) required to promote referral programs and attend specific events and training.
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Flexible to work public holidays, weekends and evenings if required
