The Senior Sales Analyst - Rebates & Commissions position is open at our St-Jean-sur-Richelieu office. The candidate will be a key player supporting sales and higher management. In 2021 ABB will implement a new ERP and the candidate will be a key player in this project.

Your responsibilities
The Senior Sales Analyst will act as team leader with a rebate and commission specialist. Function as a subject matter expert and technical resources on rebating systems/tools.
Responsible to maintain agreement signed with customer and third-party agencies.
Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment, working to outline the specific data needs for each business method and analysis project
Support the development and maintenance of policies and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance.
Maintain requirement of Marketing programs.
Owner of sales reporting for the Electrification business
Support the bidding process with the risk review requirement
Participate in internal and external audits, when needed, in order to demonstrate compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
Effectively interact with various key internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Customers, Contract/Account managers, sales, pricing, legal, 3rd party consultants, etc.)
Ability to manage and lead special projects as needed. Remain flexible and adaptive to changing business requirements and processes.

Your background
Bachelor’s in administration degree
5 years’ experience
Bilingual: French and English
Proficient in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power Point
Strong financial and accounting analytical skills
Strong writing and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a multi-task environment
Demonstrated change agent
