We are a vibrant and growing practice (www.oaklandsdental.ca) and offer a supportive, skilled and fun place to work. We are looking for a positive and proactive office manager to join our team, with the leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills to improve practices and help lead our team’s development. This position plays a critical role on our management team.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
As a highly qualified candidate, you have at least 5 years experience of leadership or management in a dental office environment, OR a combination of relevant skills and experience (i.e, 3 years leadership experience plus 2 years as a treatment planner, dental office administrator, dental assistant or a hygienist). You understand dental terminology and dental office operations, and both the patient and team experience are at the core of your values.
