AIS Technologies is currently recruiting an Automation Build Group Manager for our Windsor, Ontario Division. Position is full time, steady days. Candidate must have minimum 15 years’ experience in related field and have been employed in a leadership role within an organization. The successful candidate will experience a high energy, fast paced work environment that’s both competitive and rewarding. We are looking for someone who possesses strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to provide quality equipment, while meeting deadlines, staying within budget and maintaining a pleasant work environment for staff is crucial.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Establish procedures, bringing formality to processes
  • Lead and build automation jobs with a hands-on approach
  • Work with, and support, Program Managers
  • Attend kick-offs, lead best practices
  • Enforce Health and Safety and shop floor policies
  • Oversee overall quality, timing
  • Supervise and manage build leaders
  • Financial budget responsibility
  • Schedule of activities and service reports Minimum Qualifications:
  • Task driven, organized, structured
  • 15+ years experience
  • Technical experience is a must
  • Previous proven ability to lead a team is required
  • Previous management experience is an asset
  • High school diploma along with post-secondary education relating to the field
  • Ability to provide direction and lead a team while meeting project deadlines and maintaining budget
