** This position is to be based in within 200 km west of Toronto. This position will cover western GTA and south-western Ontario.**
YOU ARE WHO WE WANT
As a Territory Sales Manager, you are naturally a highly motivated & self-driven sales professional with excellent communication skills, business savvy, and able to quickly engage with customers and build relationships. You are passionate about fire and helping your clients build their business by selling the full range of Forge’s products.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Our Territory Sales Managers are responsible for developing a market strategy and implementing a sales strategy for their defined territory, prospecting, supporting existing clients, presenting product, conducting product sales training seminars, building strong relationships all while achieving sales objectives and targets.
Build and organize a market strategy
Establish strong relationships with customers
Provide in store employee product training
Provide timely communication and exceptional levels of customer service
Work effectively with customer service, marketing and operations departments
Execute P.O.P., merchandising, displays and employee programs
Attend sales meetings, training programs and trade shows as requested
Prepare sales reports, customer reports, expense reports as directed
Manage territory expenses within a budget
A LITLLE ABOUT YOU….
Minimum of 5 years of outside, territory sales management experience
Hearth products experience preferred but not required
Proven track record delivering on defined sales objectives
Self-starter, self-motivated with strong time management skills and a willingness to learn.
Competitive, self-confident and growth oriented
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Willingness to travel regularly to visit clients and occasionally travel to the US. (Valid Passport Required)
Ability to drive long distances (Valid Drivers License Required)
Proficient in MS Office applications, Outlook, Excel, Word
